Mushroom Identification and Sketching for Adults

Award-winning naturalist, artist, teacher and wilderness guide, Kim McNett teaches nature journaling and visual art to all ages. This workshop integrates the science of mushroom identification with journaling and sketching through personal experience and the enduring process of discovery. 

This workshop is outdoors and designed for adult participants. Teens are welcome too! Please meet in the museum’s rear parking lot.

Workshop includes a blank journal and use of all needed supplies at no extra cost. For additional supplies and activity prompts, Kim’s handmade Nature Journal Kits will be available for purchase at the workshop for $40.
