My Coyote Nose and Ptarmigan Toes: Habitat & Adaptation Collage Project with Valisa Higman and Erin McKittrick

Saturday, April 5, 2025 | 12 – 1:30pm | $15 per child, $10 per Museum member

Children will join author Erin McKittrick for a reading and discussion about habitats and how animals adapt to their environments followed by an art project with artist and illustrator Valisa Higman. Each participant will draw a habitat and then collage an animal into the habitat, considering the adaptations it needs to live in that specific environment. Supplies provided.
